| | Q: When I click to launch any application on the Citrix Server, it does not start. What should I do? | |
| | A: This problem is due to Microsoft Terminal Server Licensing. To solve this problem you have to delete some keys from the registry.
It is important to know that deleting the wrong key from the registry will corrupt your Operating System and prevent your PC from booting.
(For more information, please contact PC Support ext 2260)
Steps to follow:
From the Start Menu, click the Run Command ---> Type Regedit ---> Click Enter ---> Locate the Following Key {HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\MSLICENSING}
---> delete the HardwareID Folder --->
Reboot the system.

| | Q: Why am I unable to see my printer in the printer list, when I try to print from any Citrix application? | |
| | A: To be able to print from any application on the Citrix server, your printerB4s driver name must be the same as the one used by the Citrix server. In general most printers have the same driver names but some might be different.
To solve this problem, here is what you should do:
1. Open the printer folder
2. Right click your printer
3. Select properties and click on the advanced tab
4. Copy the driver name exactly (include any spaces & capital letters)
5. Email this information to (pcsu@aub.edu.lb) an we will update the entry on the server ASAP.
