A: To make a backup copy of Eudora e-mail message files, follow the steps below:
1. Double-click the My Computer icon.

5. Do a file search in My Computer for *.toc and *.mbs files. Back up all the files in the search result if different from the prior steps.

Please note that if you try to save files with the same name into the backup folder you will be asked to overwrite the existing folder. To avoid overwriting backed up files, save the files from the search result into a new folder.
