| | Q: How much time would it take for a network socket to be installed? (applicable only to Faculty and Staff) | |
| | A: After filling in a "Service Request" form addressed to "Physical Plant", the installation of 1 or 2 network sockets usually requires around three weeks to complete. The time needed to install a higher number of network sockets will be determined by the Physical Plant engineer. (Note that time may vary depending on site conditions)

| | A: You can buy, configure and install your own private wireless router. CNS has published a user guide that can assist you in adding this service to your apartment.

| | A: You need to fill in a "Service Request" form addressed to Physical Plant to install the new socket(s). Installation costs 120$ per network socket and is charged on the user´s department account(s). (Note installation cost may vary depending on the site conditions)
