| | Q: Are there any special requirements from Lebanese applicants to the Freshman Class? | |
| | A: Of course, a Lebanese applicant to the Freshman Class needs to obtain a statement (permission)from the Equivalence Committee of the Lebanese Ministry of Education allowing her/him to join the Freshman Class, and should take the SAT II subject tests as determined by the track chosen (Arts or Sciences). A total score of 2750 is required on both SAT I and SAT II (for Arts) and 2850 (for Sciences). The SAT II could be taken during the freshman year at the university.

| | Q: What is the minimum SAT I score required for admission? | |
| | A: It is quite difficult to determine the minimum SAT I score required for admission because it all depends on the scores of students applying for a given semester and on availability of places. However, it worth mentioning that applications with ST I scores lower than 800 cannot be accepted. Applicants with very low SAT scores, may join the University Preparatory Program (UPP) to prepare themselves better for the SAT I.
